Product: Mass Effect Andromeda

What edition do you have? Super Deluxe Edition
Physical Disc or Digital version? Digital Based Install
Summarize your bug In the mission "A Better Beginning", after the cutscene where Vetra brings Ryder to the Tempest, part of the Tempest (a curved white half-cylinder) clips into the circular room where the tech and bio labs are accessed. The game considers it a physical part of the terrain, causing Ryder to run up it. It completely blocks the doorway to the tech lab, preventing me from entering the tech lab and progressing with the game. There are also a lot of random bugs/glitches: 1) Parts of the background disappear completely at certain spots 2) During the cutscene where Ryder and Cora walk out to look at the Tempest, the floor appears to be somewhat raised, clipping into all models (e.g.parts of the legs just below the knees sink into the floor.)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How long has this issue been happening? Always Happens
Please select your region Asia
Run the www.speedtest.net network benchmark and post your upload and download speeds.
What company provides your internet service?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unavoidable on my end. Potential bad install/error in digital download file for Xbox?
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card?

In the mission "A Better Beginning", there's a game-breaking glitch after the cutscene where Vetra brings Ryder to the Tempest. Essentially, part of the Tempest (a curved white half-cylinder) clips into the circular room where the tech and bio labs are accessed. I can't access any other area other than the bio lab since Ryder keeps running up this weird bit of world geometry. I tried re-loading a save before that part of the mission but whenever arriving at that same point, the same glitch keeps occurring, preventing me from playing the game. Gonna try a re-install on the Xbox. Hopefully that works, though I doubt it will if its an error in the game files.
