Xbox One Prediction Error

For the last like 2 months it seems that every game I get the prediction error icon every 20 seconds it seems and I lag and freeze and stutter in the middle of my games.  I've tried everything I can think of: port forwarding for both xbox and Apex Legends, I've restarted my modem, I've power cycled my xbox, I use a hardline ethernet connection, I've cleared the MAC address, I've even chatted with EA help desk and NOTHING. SEEMS. TO. WORK.  It still happens every game and it's so frustrating.  I love this game so much but it's becoming unplayable.  Any and all help would be appreciated.  This is my last hope.

@dalling96 May i know your internetspeed and what ms you have to the datacenter you're contected to?

My internet speed with hardline ethernet connection is usually 15 ms with my upload and download speeds at around 150-200 mbps. My connection to the closest data center to me is usually anywhere from 26-34 ms. 0% packet loss from my end and from the data center.
