Xbox EA account server disconnect

I have multiple Xbox accounts. I signed into APEX with the wrong account (not my main) without knowing and created another EA account when it prompted. Since then I can only connect to the servers using my "wrong account" even though my other EA, origin, and Xbox account is still active. Ive tried to deactivate the alt account from my EA account manager. No luck. I simply cannot lock back into APEX on my main account. I'm also in Italy so talking to EA customer service is super convoluted. Thanks for the help
