Xbox Controller random movement and freezing

This is annoying, it will move like once to a corner or button when I did not move it. Sometimes when I use a cord it bugs out and goes crazy scrolling for a few seconds. Or when I use it wirelessly it will freeze for a few seconds and I'll have to reconnect. I really hope I can find a fix because this is crazy, ea should support Xbox controllers but im getting crazy input from them. Someone please help me! I REALLY want to fix this!!

Hi @El_Yeti_Cubano,

We do support Microsoft made Xbox One and 360 controllers on PC, I'm not seeing any similar reports of this behavior however.

Have you tried updating the driver for the controller?

I'm having problems with one of my ps4 controllers, (the other one is fine) it's playing up while playing fifa 21. It makes my players go crazy, doing random skill moves when in possession and when I'm defending it changes to random players. The controller is fine on my other games so I don't think it's broken. Wondering if anyone can help me, or have had the same problem.
