XBox One Controller not auto detecting on pc after game start.

If I don't turn on my Xbox one controller before I load the game it does not detect on PC.

Same if the controller goes to sleep during the game then it loses detection.

I like to play keyboard/ mouse for the main bits and the xbox one controller for the flight sequences. It is not good to have to restart the game every time the controller goes to sleep.

Could you guys please look into an auto detect feature for the game so when a controller is turned on whilst the game is started it automatically can be used.
