XBOX ONE Severe Connectivity Issues

I am on XBOX ONE. When i first started playing season 3 as far as i can remember my connectivity was fine. For the last three days however it has been a nightmare. Constant in game freezes, getting booted to the main menu from games, buggy/laggy airship drop and character selection. Trying to play the game has been a nightmare. Anyone else on Xbox one having issues?
