XBOX ONE 500GB 1ST REVISION FREEZING

Hi, with new update season 4, apex was started freezing on my xbox one 1st revision, game freeze over 0.1 sec every 30sec per playing, that realy not comfortable to play now, im allready trying every answers to help fix that problem, im rerebooted console, router, and reinstall game, but problem is still not gone. Help please!
