XB1. Not receiving shipments when leveling up in NFS Payback

Hi, in nfs payback i restarted my save because i completed it and since i did that i have not been getting shipments everytime i level up and i didnt get my deluxe edition shipments on my second save
On Xbox One

I had this issue as well and have found out how to solve your issue. It seems that the game snycs something with your online game data and so when you first start out you have "In my case a large number of roll tokens." So to remedy go into your option and under privacy turn all of these options off. Next go into your network options and turn your internet off. Next go into saved game data and delete the save for need for speed payback. After doing all these steps restart your game. I hope this helps!

My saved data got deleted and i had to start again. Ive just completed the story again but just realised i havent been getting the shipments.

Am i right in thinking its too late to try your solution?

Turn off Privacy settings in the game or Xbox one
