X1 Profile Lag

I have major lag on my X1 while flipping through my binder, browsing thru challenges and tabbing over looking at my team. I feel like the more players i add the worse it gets. Gameplay is ok, does not seem to lag there. I v done the whole clear my mac address,restart modem, reboot and unplug my x1, it just keeps coming back after a day or so.

Anyone else have this? Is it normal?
