Wrongfully banned - I've only been playing for 4 days

This is so insane.. I was wrongfully banned.. I literally have a K/D of 1.03.. I've never cheated in my life in a single video game or used exploits. I was randomly banned after a game in which I had 1 kill / 1 knockdown / 1 death and eliminated. I then appealed it and I just received an email from ToS saying I was cheating/using exploits and I'm perma banned.

This is so ridiculous and very demoralizing. I've been enjoying the game a lot and your stupid automated banning system just completely disincentivized me from ever purchasing an EA game in the future and being treated like a hacker by your ToS team when I know for a fact I play clean and have never cheated in my life is disheartening. 

I hope you guys re-consider this approach because you're not making this game very friendly to newcomers. I dont even know all the legend abilities yet and I'm still learning how to play and suddenly being banned for absolutely nothing is really discouraging.

I did it already. They said they concluded I was cheating....... based on absolutely nothing because I wasn't cheating and have never cheated so their system is messed up. Go look at the wrongfully banned main thread, there's just endless posts of people being wrongfully marked as hackers and banned. Their system is clearly broken. They even had to admit in July that their system is messed up and apologize to people but clearly there is still a problem here because I've been playing for like 4-5 days and I'm still learning the game, have a really low K/D, and now I'm banned for absolutely nothing.

Please keep in mind that using a software to gain advantage is cheating.
Exploiting the game in anyway (use a glitch, gain access to areas you not suppose to reach and more) is a way of cheating.
And sometimes using 3rd party softwares could be seen as cheating even if they claim that they are "following the T&C".

Except I didn't do any of this. I've never used anything except literally just booted up the game and played the stock free version. There is ZERO reason why I should be banned.
