Wrong skin purchased

Today I was going to buy "The Aviator" skin for pathfinder with my 3 months worth of crafting materials, but when i bought it I unlocked the Angel city one can anyone help me?

I bought the kill switch for the r99 but it bought the rule of law skin when I was 100% certain it was on the kill switch and than bought the wrong gun skin please help I’d like the kill switch thanks

Well you guys need to figure it out because the same thing happened to me with a different legend and skin, and when I contacted you guys you weren’t any help. This is clearly an issue for multiple people so what’s the status of the solution?
