Wrong release time early enlist edition ps4

I purchased the early enlister edition of Battlefield 1 for the ps4 with the expectation of playing it at 12 am eastern time. It is now 12:53 am EST and the timer still reads "2 hours". I would like a refund of the 20 dollars for the extra cost of the early enlister edition as I have planned for this launch and arranged my night around the launch.

It's worse for me because I live in the west coast. I should have been playing 3 hours ago. This is unacceptable.
