Wrap editor "collecting" bug forever

Hi i bought this game 1 month ago from , i have problems like blank roads like it. its not a big problem for me but i cant do ANYTHING in wrap editor and its TOOO MUCH ANNOYING i love doing wraps and it says "collecting" its not collecting anything. I tried to repair, reboot, clean op, reboot pc everything ! but it wont works... Hope anybody helps.
