Won’t load at all

Just bought and downloaded a way out and every time I go to load it up it kicks me back off, anyone else suffering the same?

I just uninstalled then reinstalled and it worked, so if you guys have this problem maybe try that.

The game just won’t load at all, I can’t even get onto it, press the launch game button, the screen changes to a way out for like 5 seconds and then goes straight off to dashboard

I’m playing on Xbox one and have the same problem, bought it from Xbox store and downloaded it, it’s stays on the same screen for about 4 seconds then it crashes and won’t load
