Won’t let me play

I’m signed in on my psn account and my ea account and it still pops up that I can’t play till I’m signed in on both.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

@EA_Blueberry My son had been going crazy trying to sync his PSN & EA, unsuccessfully. this post has allowed him to achieve his goal and play tis game on the network with his friends. we followed the instructions and wella, there it is. THANKYOU!!!
