Won't let me log in on Main account do to 'network issue'

The game claims I can't log into my main account due to a network issue bit it lets me log into my 2nd account no problem. Doesn't matter if I'm on cell or wifi and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I was told on the phone this was a known issue and there was so Ethan's on the forums about it, but I haven't seen anyone acknowledge this as a known issue there. I just want to make sure this isn't just my one account.

Same issue, i did create a new account today (alt) but while i am trying to connect it to newly created fresh email it claims i cant do it due to a network issue. I am switching acc to my main and everything is fine.

Tried every step for Android (S7 Edge) and I'm still having issues.
- Restarted phone
- Restarted app
- Reinstalled app
- Played through tutorial as a guest

Still nothing.

it won't allow me to sign in, get the same error network message, ive had an unusable app on my phone for a week now 🙁
