Won't Let me Resub

I have been trying to resub for a few days now but for some reason it wont let me, keeps saying error cannot use this card (nothing wrong with my card ) i even tried using a different browser didn't work, it's not the first time it's happened either, last time i used origin but that wont let me this time unless i resub to access please help My User is VampzAG.

Completely removing any Paying information on any EA Account connected might help, or give CS an Call they might be able to sort that out.

I currently don't have any payment method attached as i deleted as it expired, wont let me use my new card or any other for that matter, 

I Removed my card from origin as well, but still didn't work, 

We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one.

Is what i'm getting unfortunately even trying a different card didn't work
