Won all 3 GA battles but placed 2nd

Hello,
As per title, won all three GA battles. Signed on after work to see that a new GA had initiated and I couldn't review the GA that had just ended. Checked inbox and saw three separate messages as follows:
- Notice saying I didn't receive any awards due to not participating
- Round rewards listing me as 2nd place in my matchup despite having a higher score
- Event rewards listing me as 2nd place overall despite winning all 3 matchups
Attached screenshots of each. Any help would be much appreciated!
