Won a create game froze

I leveled up my nod team and won a purple create the game froze before the create opened once I restarted game create was gone

Do you mean that you received a reward crate for moving up a League or a sector with NOD? Did the crate already went into the opening animation? If it did, you should have received its content. If you can provide us with your PersonaID (Settings -> About) we can check your account.
