I was also having the same issue until i fixed it today by updating my windows 8.1 64 bit. i installed the KB3172614-x64 and KB3173424-x64 which you can get from the microsoft website. After installing these two updates the eac error should get fixed.

Hello,

I've got the same problem last few days...crashing all the time at random moments and also gettin disconected after exiting match tryin to get back to the lobby,but the main issue are the  crashes! It is kinda annoying! I hope there is a some kind of a bug/security fix soon!

If you're on Windows 8 please make sure you have the latest updates installed for your OS. 

Download windows 8 updates:

We are looking at a lot of DxDiag reports and we're seeing a significant trend of users not having the latest Windows updates installed and outdated video card drivers. You'll want to go to Nvidia and AMD's website to make sure you have the latest one.

Windows updates can be found at Microsoft's support site linked above. You can search "Windows Updates" in the search bar on your desktop taskbar to see if you have any pending installations.

Same here. I searched the internet for answers, tried everything, updated my drivers, cleaned up cache. EVERYTHING. Game still crashes with that messege or some times with no messege at all. Fix this game EA. You finally made something special, don't screw it.
