Win a game then kicks me to menu

I have been having this problem when I win a game it kicks me to the menu says go to ea.com/unable-to-connect, Also it doesn't add the win to my stats on my legend. I should be on 30 wins (ish) with lifeline but because off this problem occurring I am only on 16 wins. All im asking for is a fix to thing and for my wins to hopefully be added back to my account. If needed I can get proof by winning a game and showing this happen.
