Why wont EA gameface generate? Please fix it!

I have been trying to create a game face but it will not generate. This is dumb.

Same.  Major problem.  I'm responding to as many of these game face threads as I can as I am having the exact same issue.  NOTHING WORKS.  I've tried all major browsers, all permissions enabled, even different computers.  The problem is on EA's end.  Please fix this!

This post is from 2018 so I'll lock it down. We have more recent threads posted at the top of this board. The service has been functional and seems to have had some technical issues from time to time. Please provide the information if you can to the reply I have here so we can flag the team down for an investigation, thanks!
