Why is the sign up link broken for the Preseason Invite Apex Legends Tournament?

https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/compete/overview#rules is the link for the rules for the tournament and how to register a team for the Apex Legends Preseason Invitational Tournament in September. But when I go to the link provided to register a team It says "This page does not work".

I can't even find the spot to register my team on the ESL website.

Anyone have a solution to this?
