Why is the awaiting CRATES for my GDI and NOD master level not the same?

Hi @joeygsolis,

Have you reached Master I with Nod, but not with GDI, in a previous season? From your screenshots, it appears as though you've made it to Master II with GDI as your highest rank, so still have the normal reward to collect. Whereas with Nod, you've reached Master I previously, so have a lower reward to collect for this season. Once you have reached a division in a previous season, you earn the lower, recurring reward instead of the higher reward.
