Why is it that apex legends servers are never reliable?

I love playing apex but what I don’t love is sitting at a loading screen for 45 minutes trying to get in, restarting my system multiple times, restarting my router multiple times, switching to a wired connection and still “Lost connection to EA servers, for being a “powerhouse” in gaming your servers are still trash and make it less than worth it to try and play your games.

Just to make sure you've thoroughly power cycled, please try these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. We can go through some connection troubleshooting. First, which platform are you playing Apex Legends on? Also, after switching to a wire, did you power cycle your modem/router and console? That should have been done. Thanks!

PlayStation is the platform, and yes I rebooted everything after switching to the wired connection, I checked status of both PlayStation and EA both said servers were running, but still couldn’t get on.
