Why is Origin so bad with downloads?

Steam, Uplay, and Epic all cap me at about 2.5MB/s download speed which is fine Iget around 25Mb/s but Orgin will generaly sit between 50-250KB/s and will stop and resume multiple times even tho I have it set to no limit.

I recommend a clean boot. Once your PC boots back up immediately run Origin as administrator.

Hi, @JTK459 

Some programs can conflict with Origin download speeds. Make sure that you have Origin added to your anti-virus exceptions list and close down any additional programs running in the background. It also helps to right-click on the Origin desktop shortcut and select Run As Administrator.

I already have it in my exceptions i have tried closing everything and running as administrator. I still end up with download speeds in the Kb/s i have never had this issue with any other program.
