Why i can’t download apex at my nintendo ?

I tried to download apex at my nintendo before and it didn’t go through bcoz of my storage, I cleared more space but when i try to download it again it shows me that i had purchased it and I can’t re download it agin !!!

Maybe this is a silly question, but have you already tried a quick reboot of your System? It's amazing how many issues can be solved by just turning it off and on again.
