Hello all,

First of all I want to take the time to thank you for all of the information some of you provided on this thread, this helped us narrow down the root cause and we are currently working on implementing a permanent fix.

In the meantime (and as bizarre as this sounds), the issue is tied to the headband. If you remove your headband you should be able to get into the league with any issues.

Hi, nba live 19 league player here. I have resolved my issue of not being able to play league games by removing my players headband. Question is, is this going to be fixed? Headband is a big part of my players look and therefore my experience. Thanks!

Why am i locked out of the rise? I can't play league.

For some reason now when I play on the league I am unable to wear any accessories on my character. I have most of them unlocked but I can’t equip them. The only thing I can change is my shoes. I like the customization aspect and when I’m unable to do it, it is very disappointing. Please help or fix this issue.
