Why don’t league games load

When I try to start a league game in the NBA Live 19 EA trail the game gets stuck on the load screen and won’t go any further.

Hello all,

First of all I want to take the time to thank you for all of the information some of you provided on this thread, this helped us narrow down the root cause and we are currently working on implementing a permanent fix.

In the meantime (and as bizarre as this sounds), the issue is tied to the headband. If you remove your headband you should be able to get into the league with any issues.

So i just got the game and i’m trying to play my first The League game and i’ve been stuck on the loading screen with the “Basic Controls” and controller layout on it and i’ve tried restarting multiple times and the same stuff happens and i’m not sure if it’s a bug cause it’s launch day or what i’m just trying to play the game i just * paid for.

Having the same issue on PS4 trying to load a league game in The One. Seems to be the same issue as last years game.

I restarted my game like 7 times, still won't let me play league games (on xbox 1)

Same as all of you on ps4, the game load and never start. I remove the headband and reinstall the game but nothing change, the game never start !

I made another player and it works sucks but yeah

Same here on Xbox, thought making a new player would help...nope lol patch time!

Well folks, I took off the headband it worked. I want my headband tho lol
