Why is my account blocked? I don't use cheating software and play games with cheating players.I am a professional playerI spend dozens of hours in ranking competitions every day. The second place is always inexplicably blocked. I've already been blocked.

I am now ranked top 20 in the world, and the first in China.

I have contacted EA Customer Service, but the customer service has not responded.
