My girlfriend and I have put hundreds of gameplay hours into PvZ just to have many of the premium characters we have worked for suddenly locked again.
After three separate phone calls, and a combined two hours with customer service, they let me know there is absolutely nothing that can be done and the supervisor even hung up on me when I asked to have the called escalated to his superior.
I don’t think this is what Trip had envisioned when he founded the company, now I just wish he still ran it so I could get something done.
If anyone else had this problem and found a solution, please let me know.
