Why Is My Acer Chromebook 14(CB3-431) Not Compatible? [ Edited ]

So I have the newest update on my Chromebook, and the Google Play Store also has been updated. Furthermore, I have checked to see if my computer is compatible with the Android gaming stuff they put out(https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/chromium-os/chrome-os-systems-supporting-android-apps), and it is. However, when I go to download the game it says: 'Your device isn't compatible with this version.' Is there a reason why it doesn't work? And no I cannot get Nox, Bluestacks, or any emulators without turning my Chromebook off of safe. Any advice or help is appreciated, thanks for your time.

@CT-122514 Your chrome book has an asterisk by it. The article says you must complete an additional file migration step, found in this article. Have you done this?
