Why I am unable to connect to anthem servers?

Hi. I am unable to connect to anthem servers since the last week on my ps4.i am getting the same message every time I start the game -"error retrieving anthem liver service data"- followed by an error code. Anyone else having the same problem??

My internet connection is working fine and I am playing all other online games. Except anthem.

The final error message reads - You have lost connection to EA servers. Please recheck your internet connection and try again.

@azriel2015 Can you try changing your DNS to the Google Open DNS please and let me know if that helps at all?

Changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it worked.

Hi, I am having a connectivity issue as well, changed the DNS to Google's, still no luck. Any other workaround?

Unfortunately this has been an ongoing problem since the 1.10 patch/fix and nothing has changed since ...

Doing this again ..... this time it has connected and loading ....

Wow my Message screen has actually loaded with a history of my previous sorties.

Actually working properly this time too. Nice so far...

Now to play ...

So far all good and it was as simple a fix as you said: change the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 on your PS4

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Go to "Network".
3. Go to "Set Up Internet Connection"
4. Select Wifi/LAN depending on what you use to connect.
5. Select "Custom".
6. IP Address Settings = Automatic.
7. DHCP Host Name = Do Not Specify.
8. DNS Settings = Manual. Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Hopefully this helps others too.
