Why EA does not ban cheaters on FIFA 20 PC version?

I had to quit a game because I almost destroyed the controller, the monitor, and everything other.

THE OPPONENT'S PLAYERS WERE SO FASTER THAT I GOT FIVE GOAL WITHOUT TOUCHING THE BALL!

THIS IS A HUGE SHAME!

They do ban people. Atleast the ones who "Intentionally loose games to benefit others".

@pascalonegames Do you experience this in all online modes? And how can you be sure that they are cheating? This happens to me also but I'm not sure if it's cheating or bad servers or just that the player I'm against is better than me.
