When I download Origin and hit run, nothing happens. Please Help.

I would be downloading Origin to play Apex Legends but it won't launch. I am using chrome, the download will finish and in the bottom left I would click run. Nothing happens after this point. I have tried to run as an administrator and restart my PC several times. I have almost given up at this point. I need help.
