Unfair Banned Apex Legends Account

Does your EA discriminate against Hong Kong people? Your EA’s TOS team keeps saying that I cheat, but it didn’t give me evidence. Do I need to go to the U.S. once to find a court to give me evidence? My IP is the one I log in often. What evidence do you use I use cheating only to tell me that I violate the terms of using cheating and hope to give me a reasonable explanation

I been banned for 3 weeks now for cheating. I had not played the gave for at least a week prior to the ban. I have contacted EA CONSTANTLY for the past week. First when I put in my case, they brushed it off and said that there was no way to fix it. Then I had to actively call them and they FINALLY pushed my case to a specialist. That guy said that it wouldn't take that long because there were not many cases. Fast forward 2 weeks later today, I'm still waiting and they said that they have MANY CASES like mine and they are BACKED UP. And after 2 weeks, they finally told me that the reason for this ban was cheating. Never told me WHY I was banned in the first place. 

I did some investigating on my own. Found that I played a ranked game back when I actually didn't touch the game prior to the ban and I had a friend with Chinese characters in the name who is now gone and deleted. I do not play any ranked games, so I know that I was hacked. I did all that investigation in a matter of minutes that EA hasn't finished in 3 weeks and counting. EA, You guys are ridiculous. GET YOUR * TOGETHER!!! 

UPDATE: After 2+ months of bothering their customers service team thru phone calls and live chat, I finally got unbanned. They had me reset my password and it works now. Thank you EA, but you guys are still so ridiculous. EA has got to get the * together and do better in customer service. I had to wait almost 3 months to get unbanned and that is unacceptable. And after reading some of these post, people are still banned for over a year with the same issue as me. I'm just here to confirm with everyone that a TOS team DOES IN FACT EXIST. Just keep trying.

seems to me like they are just banning everyone who hasn't played in weeks/months because i stream everyday warzone used to stream apex everyday till they changed the map now i hate it went to get back on to see what things were like recently and now says I'm banned for cheating as well like wtf i legit haven't even played this game in months yet I'm banned riiiiight. never used a cheat a day in my life yet I'm banned for cheating on a game i haven't played in months foh you guys are just banning people who are inactive to try and get them to contact you and play again straight * boys.

I got the same problem for 3 months! AFter investigate they still consider that im the one who playing cheat! And they declined my cases 3 times and they dont want to fix it!

Just updated season 8 this morning and my account are banned when i got in character pick screen... My whole stats are different because it said that ive reached plat 1 in season7with 2.8 k/d. The highest rank i got is  plat 4 only and my k/d is only 1.2 bruh. Its like a completely different account.

Ok, I hope they Unbanned me because I already unlock all my character inside there and also My battle pass is also the reason why I want they to unbanned me.Somehow there was someone playing my id without my permission. And after I changed my account password the banned pop out of nowhere 😭
