Falsely banned on apex legends.

So on 18th Jan I got a msg from EA saying my account was banned for cheating in the game but the funny thing is i never cheating in any game let alone Apex legends. And it doesn't end here I made a ticked on the very same day I got the email from them, Still i have yet to see a respond to my case 

PS: Its been 4 days and still i didn't get the msg from them.

Account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ, I'm afraid. If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team that is all you would need to do for now. The TOS team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as they can. 

The team reviews appeals like this case-by-case, so the length of an investigation can vary depending on how many cases they are working on. Unfortunately we don't have any way to see exactly how long it might take. Please keep an eye on your email, and the TOS team will follow up with you as soon as they can.

I did everything suggested and still my account is disabled. Idk why i wasnt even on my system or playing to get banned or disabled i just got on to play today. I would like some type of answer as too why i cant play on my account

using the steps above haven't worked for anyone people are just looking for answers and repeating the same thing over and over that hasn't been helping anyone is extremely frustrating and people just want answers.

as the title says got banned for that so i was on origins at first and i abused few guys for either doing some * things in game like yelling in random languages and abusing on microphone so thats when i got my first suspension and then second was when i called someone * and then i left origins and start playin on steam with same ea acc and again called someone * now i dont think * is that big of a deal and most of time we ignore this kind of words online so why did i got banned for that i mean there are lot of random noobs in game that does stupid things loot all the stuff u need from ur earned boxes and doeas nothing in game or just randomly spout nonsense on mic i mean u guyz never do anything abt anyone who say * on mic but text is prohibited now i know the ea client gonna come and so our tos team will guide you whcih porbably willl happen in few months or so now honestly speaking i dont wanna loose my acc i have 2 hierlooms 12k kills almost 5k this season kills and d3 hard earned rank and i'm aware that im also at wrong here but is not it too much for banning somebody to type * on text and leaving everyone on microphone c'mon guyz give me at least on more chance i will keep that in mind to not abusive text anybody.

I'm sorry, but account bans are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban could be overturned.

I got banned in apex for "cheating" I sent them an email and contacted them but the response time goes up to 2 weeks

Prior to my ban, I wasn't playing as often and have also had my fair share of toxic moments. If this was indeed the reason I got banned, I would like to know as opposed to cheating. I have never cheated on any software and it's as if I got banned cause someone got killed by me and was salty as I wasn't banned during the game. I have both riot vanguard and anti cheat but I don't see how having both installed could trigger a possible false signal for cheating. I have media keys on my keyboard so that could possibly be detected as "unknown input" 

Normally I'd wait patiently but as the battle pass ends in 4 days, I would rather not buy the rest of the pass when I can complete it, without a guarantee that I will get a proper response and unbanned. I've also found that many other people have the same issue and the fastest way to get a response seems to be posting it on the forums. (According to link)

27.01.2020 Got false banned for violating rules #6. I was not playing for 2 years. Installed it today 29.01.2020, found out about it in mail box. "help.ea.com" doesn't work lmao - site redirects me 301 until it fails.

Hey all, in relation to any ban you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
