My account was banned I don't know reason so do that steps you shownub above and I got email thato. We take right decision but why I don't know till now my account was in ban they not unban me it's may be 45 days please unban me or tell me a particular date when it will unban until l I will play other games

I did these steps and got an email back that was just a template response telling me that my account is banned for breaking EA's gameplay rules when I was hacked from someone in Asia who then used my account to win 3 games in Apex. Is there a way to talk to an actual person instead of getting just a robot response?

Having the same issue here, my account is banned since a month and a half and I have made a reclamation one month ago ...
No news at all from EA, don't even know if it's under review.
Tried to do 5 tickets or asking them to do something.
No answer at all ...

This has happened to me too.
My account was hacked, then consequently banned, without any notification.
I submitted a ticket on the 6th of November and still haven't got a response.
This is extremely frustrating and a terrible way to treat paying customers.

Hey all, we are not able to assist with any account issues on AHQ, as such if you have a TOS sanction on your account then you will need to appeal it using the steps I posted above.
