@xCherubimx yea.... rip.. and then i just bought a battle pass just a week before the banned happen.. I love the game so I created new acc and never gonna put money again.. rip customer service..

EA simply don't care. Banned since the 18th Jan, the very day my a/c was hacked. Support caan see my a/c was hacked... still banned.

My account was banned for nor reason 

1. I DID NOT PLAY A GAME FOR A 2+ MONTHS (because of the broken finger)

2. MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT HACKED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO Email FOR SUCH THING 

3. I DID NOT GET A Email THAT MY ACC WAS BANNED LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT (We’ll ban players who break our User Agreement. 4. I HAVE NEVER EVER CHEATED IN A GAME THAT IS FUN FOR ME

Mine got kicked out of my own club , no Apex coins while i was playing from GeForce Now .. their excuse is that i have cheated well i streamed my game from GFN with no possibility to have a 3rd party program

I got banned on about December 23rd, saying I was banned for cheating. Except.. I wasn't playing Apex Legends at the times, and hadn't been for MONTHS. Now I have to use an alt account, but I want my main account, desperately. I've been a loyal customer for years and never used cheats, I play other games like Overwatch, even. I've had Apex since it first came out, and it's connected to my Prime account. It's been over 2 weeks since I reported my case, I changed my password and email, and I haven't gotten a signal response. Please, I need help.

@OhhYouuu Same case to me. Ive tried to have an update on their live chat options, just give them the ticket #. Theyve said that my issue or investigation on my account is almost done. Havent received any email yet. And yes, we've been hacked. Been playing on steam since its launch, then after weeks of break, on my club activity, got that recent matches.

Ive already submitted my issues to EA Help. All i receive is the emails for the surveys. Anyway, since the steam launch, ive played on steam. Never played a single game on my EA account. Then season 8 is released, updated the game then my account got banned. I believe it is been hacked, on my club activity, my EA account is mvrckkace while the Pain one is my steam account. Ive asked for the update on live chat agent, said my investigation account is almost done, didnt receive any emails. thats like 2 days ago. Now i cant access live chat to follow up my issue or case. Been trying to spam my case, because i feel like being ignored, receiving emails again that my case got removed of duplicate cases. Please help

So ive been playing apex for a long time on PS4 and I started playing back in season 7 nd have recently started playing apex again I just recently switched from PS4 to PC(4 months ago) this also in includes from controller to Keyboard and mouse ive been playing for the last two days and  this morning ive been bann for no reason . I even live stream on twitch so i also have proof https://www.twitch.tv/videos/904688949/ which  these video shows i do not use cheats Apparently people who reported me out of rage because they are salty. other people who actually cheat and don't get bann. which is ridiculous!

I'm so pissed I got banned. I didn't even do anything and the reason for this ban was because someone hacked into my account probably played one game with either hacks or something and got me banned. I'm MORE pissed I can't get any feed back or contact with EA Help about my "case" honestly its annoying and frustrating that all i can do is sit here trying to look for some other Battle Royal game that isn't so try hard and annoying to play. I hate knowing that everyday I'm missing out on daily challenges, treasure packs, and event challenges.  I was so looking forward to this coming event, but now I have to sit and do nothing hoping that when I get into a lobby I don't get kicked!! Can I PLEASE get some feedback on my case or at least know that its being looked into?????
