What should I do?

Every time I start a game, my game disconnects and i go back to the loading screen. I left-click and miss Legend selection, I can't loot death boxes and am always really zoomed in when i am gliding down. Also, when I finish the game, I get another page opened and tell me my one drive recycle bin has just been updated and a file called "netparams" pops up.
