Hello I have had issues with play with someone on my network with me when playing apex legends and people told me port triggering might fix this but Im not sure what port to actually use.
How should I configure this?

Hey @mozamYEEET for Apex Legends you would need to open the following ports:
Let me know how you get on.

Thank you for the info but what of those port numbers do I put in the port trigger settings (I use PC). I used "netstat -ano | FINDSTR (PID OF APEX)"and this is the ports I got TCP/3216, UDP/37006 and UDP/37015 so I would this work?:
Service Type: TCP & UDP
Trigger port from: 3216
Trigger port to: 3216
Target port from: 37005
Target port to: 37015

This is exactly what I have but idk if it will work afraid to try it

Try following the steps here: https://www.purevpn.com/blog/how-to-open-ports-for-apex-legends/
It seems you have to pass two settings, TCP and UDP, or can follow the alternative.

Thats port forwarding not port triggering they are similar but its not the same thing.

can anyone help me with a really big issue i am facing on xbox one.
Every single night at 6pm, I am unable to play apex at all due to a really high ping rate identified as "118 ms 121 ms 64.125.192.114.IPYX-082035-002-ZYO.above.net [64.125.192.114]".
I have opened more then one ticket about this issue and they have all been closed as resolved but every single day since day of release i have not been able to play with my friends while they are all on-line gaming at peek times. It has not been fixed as yet. I was told to contact my ISP in regards to changing my ping path to ea servers, i was told to open ports that i already had active and sent to a trouble shooting guide for my console. I was told to black list the above as a bad route, but no matter how long i spend during the hours of 6pm and 12am searching for my own fix to this "blacklisting" issue i find no information on how i would even go about it.
i have provided many ou trace results as well as tracert to ea.sa.com for them to investigate yet, the more i investigate all i ever seem to find are people struggles with poor performance with this damn route. I really dont know why i have put so much effort into a fix on this game. i seem to have put more effort in then ea at this point.
are there any ports i have missed or can anyone offer me a solution please, i would love to play this game in the pms when i have peace and quite lol

What is the cause if you do all this and still have 4% packet loss?

Hey @JLivingston_III if you are still having issues with your connection after following the troubleshooting steps then I would suggest speaking with your ISP who will be able to help you improve your connection.

This is the list that feels way excessive, I mean come on, do you know how many ports you need for web? 80 for plain, and 443 for https, and that's it. For mail, you need 25 for plain text, 443 for submission, and 587, and that's it. Why does Apex needs this swiss cheese?
