I have been repeatedly banned over 10 times now from apex matchmaking on ranked because the “secure servers” keep lagging me out and saying that I have left the game. Since there “unfair conduct rule says that I am not allowed to leave a ranked game, I have wasted hours of my week to sit in a lobby because EA cannot properly produce a proper matchmaking server. My concern is that I should not be banned for poor work performance and that I should not have to waste my time let alone money on a game that can not produce any decent result. It’s hard to deal with this when I have spent almost two decades playing there games and this is the service I have to waste my fine on.
