What if you missed the roommate race quest

I’m doing the roommate race but only have 9 hours left im not going to make it what do I do? Can I start it over?😭😭😭😭😭

@Therealsaltsquad  you will be able to try again if you run out of time. There is a cooldown period. It will look like this when you make your Sims interact.
