What do I have to buy and change in my computer to run APEX without lagging HD?

I have a computer that I bought in 2013, but i'm pretty noob at knowing all these computer specs. Can you guys help me out?

Processor:  AMD FX(tm)6300 Six-Core Processor       3.50 GHz

RAM : 16.0 GB

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Do I need a new graphics card or mother board or....??????
