What car were you using? Any car i own has the same problem

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just drive the car.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant hit max speed, holding r2 (which in fact works so its not the problem of the controller) i start to go slower even although im holding the acceleration button. In the garage i might equip a v8, will rev the car in the garage and will sound like a v8 but out of the garage it sound and act like a different engine, and actually its not only on 1 car, the sound is copied on any car i will use out of the garage, its like a * engine just glitched and now is applied to the cars out of the garage, but shows different * in the garage. It might say it needs 1 sec to go from 0 100 and will take 5 seconds to do so in the end. But reinstalling the game removes the glitch for like 5 days of game play and then goes back to this *,
What do you expect to see? I dont understand this question.
