Weird error when opening up Apex Legends

Please help.  I tried to open up Apex Legends, and this immediately popped up.  I decided to try and reinstall origin and when I try to open up the installer, the same error pops up.  Please any ideas? I attacked a picture of the error below.

It is possible the installer you have downloaded is corrupted. Please retry downloading the Origin setup from the following link:

https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download
