Can someone explain me why can't I enter on the web app?

I didn't played FIFA 23 but I played 22,21 and 20.

I already pre-ordered the game on PS5 but I cant enter on the webapp

@martimsfIf you've never played FIFA 23 on PS5 you won't be able to access the web app for FC 24 on PS5 until you log in and create a FUT team.

You will have to gain access back to the TM for the WebApp, but that hopefully shouldn't take too long, once you have access to the game. 

Progress also does not carry over cross-platform.
