Web app SBC glitch

I was on the web app looking to complete the 88 squad for the bellingham Sbc. I go on squad builder however and pressed build however it froze and when i closed and re entered the app i had players from my team missing and the squad completed. I didn’t intend and had no clue it happened until after is there anyway to help?
