Guys!!! I have connected to FUT today after talking with EA Help! They made something and told me to connect. I had to download a patch and it works now! Contact with EA Help because they are solving it now!

I don't have any link. He just asked if I was in FIFA. I told him that I wasn't so he made me wait. Suddenly he asked me to log in and when I clicked on the FIFA 21 logo it made me download a patch really fast. I started the game and it worked fine

Hey all, 

At this time we have devised a workaround for this issue until it can be resolved via a Title Update later on, if you are playing on Origin and purchased the Loyalty Edition we can now resolve this if you contact us via the help site here and let the advisor know that you purchased the Loyalty Edition and can no longer connect to FUT. 

Unfortunately this is something we have to do on a 1:1 basis, we cannot apply this fix to everyone affected automatically.

The root cause of the issue is still under investigation, thank you for your patience so far.

@EA_Cade I am contacting Support right now and they told me they couldn't do that at the moment...so what am i suposed to do? Is somebody lying???
