Just to confirm, you were over level 15 in the battle pass and not just your base level right? As there was a patch for this issue at season 2's start. A considerable number of us all had the same issue. x.x
My bad misread your initial post, if you've downloaded the season 2 update you should have had it, i'd take this to the support team if i was you.
@TurboedShotBus You will need to have logged in during the Legendary Hunt event to receive the Wraith and R301 skin. Unfortunately if the skins weren't grabbed at the time, they aren't obtainable.
